Retailers have already made great strides in flexing their business and marketing strategies to accommodate belt-tightening. However, it may be necessary to become more creative – and make more dramatic changes – to keep retail companies healthy in an extended “new normal” environment. -- The Mini Master in Retailing Excellence is a timely, practical, comprehensive and challenging program that will help you better understand the retailing industry -- and your company’s approach -- so you are better able to influence your strategy for long-term success.
